A private international cigar society for exceptional Dominican cigars, shared slowly and well.
Created in the Dominican Republic by Matos Cigar Company.
Built for a deliberately limited international membership. Not a subscription. A circle.

Numbered vitolas rolled from reserved private crops aged five to seven years.

Unhurried evenings in private dining sanctuaries, paired with vintage rums and single malts.

Private retreats to the estate fields, Spanish cedar aging vaults, and bench-side rolling.

Crafted to embody deliberate statesmanship and quiet reflection. Blended exclusively from vintage Piloto Cubano and aged Criollo leaves, rolled entubar style for an impeccably cool, unhurried draw.

“A fine cigar cannot be hurried by commerce. It begins with respect for our land and the steadfast defense of our tobacco heritage.”
Operating out of Santiago de los Caballeros—the World Capital of Tobacco—Matos Cigar Company was forged through conviction and public defense of Dominican heritage. Entering the sector in 2004 leading INTABACO’s fight against cigar counterfeiting, former Deputy Francisco Matos Mancebo championed Law 341-22, which declared tobacco and Dominican cigars Cultural Heritage of the Dominican Republic.
Congressman 328 was born as his most guarded private reserve blend, alongside Matos39 and Bad Cat—authentic boutique vitolas created to celebrate Dominican pride, artisanal mastery, and conscious contemplation.
Four benchmark vitolas reserved strictly for members and private chapter salons.
