1. Scope & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions govern access to the digital platform, correspondence channels, and society activities of Congressman Cigar Club ("the Club"). By accessing this platform or submitting a petition for admission, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Legal Age Mandate (21+)

The Club is dedicated to the appreciation of premium hand-rolled cigars. Access is strictly restricted to persons of legal smoking age in their place of residence, and in no event under the age of 21. Any representation of age is a legally binding statement.

3. Admission & Membership

Membership in Congressman Cigar Club is private, non-transferable, and subject to committee approval. The Admissions Secretariat reserves the right to decline or rescind membership privileges in the event of conduct contrary to the character and dignity of the fellowship.

4. Tobacco Health Notice & Regulatory Compliance

Cigar smoking poses verified health risks. All activities and information provided on this platform are for adult connoisseurs and collectors. The Club complies with all applicable local, national, and international tobacco regulations. Products are not offered for sale to minors under any circumstances.

5. Intellectual Property & Brand Heritage

All trade names, vitola designations, editorial monographs, imagery, and proprietary blends associated with Congressman Cigar Club and Matos Cigar Company are protected under international copyright and trademark laws. Reproduction without prior written authorization from the Secretariat is strictly prohibited.

6. Code of Conduct in Private Salons

Members and accredited guests participating in Club salons, private dinners, or valley expeditions agree to conduct themselves with decorum, honoring the privacy and confidentiality of fellow patrons.

7. Jurisdiction & Applicable Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Dominican Republic, without prejudice to mandatory provisions of international patron consumer protections where applicable.
