Candidate Dossier & Inquiries: When you petition for invitation or contact the Secretariat, we collect your name, email address, telephone/WhatsApp contact, country, profession, and referral details.
Member Records: For accredited members, records of allocations, chapter affiliations, and event attendances are maintained confidentially.
Technical Log Data: Standard network identifiers, cookies, and session logs required for website stability, security, and age verification status.

Your data is processed strictly for:
Evaluating admissions petitions and confirming invitations.
Fulfilling member cellar allocations and private dispatch notifications.
