Congressman 328 is a premium Dominican cigar crafted with four varieties of Dominican filler tobacco and a San Andres wrapper from Mexico. The blend is aged for at least 9 months in cold aging room, developing a creamy, consistent smoking experience with notes of roasted coffee, dark chocolate, fresh earth, and wood. Its name was born during a gathering of cigar enthusiasts, when Franklin Ureña suggested "Congressman" in honor of Francisco Matos, with 328 referring to his office number in the Chamber of Deputies.

The Gold Toro is the 6 × 54 expression of Congressman 328. Handcrafted in the Dominican Republic, it delivers the line's creamy, consistent character in a classic Toro format. Following production, the cigars undergo an extended resting period that allows the tobaccos to marry and the blend to achieve greater balance and integration.
The Silver Doble Robusto is the compact 5 × 54 expression of Congressman 328. It shares the blend and core characteristics of the Gold Toro while presenting them in a shorter Doble Robusto format. Its reduced length allows the cigar to reach moisture equilibrium more quickly during post-roll resting.
